Competition Manifest & Registration System

A complete, end-to-end platform for running indoor skydiving competitions — built for and used at the Weembi UK Nationals 2026. It takes an event all the way from opening registration to crowning the champion, with everything joined up so organisers spend their time running the competition, not wrangling spreadsheets.

The Live Manifest

At the heart of the system is a live manifest — the running order for the whole event. Competitors can open a public link and instantly see when their next round is, with a live clock that keeps the schedule ticking in real time. Organisers get a control view to pause, add breaks, insert teams and reorder rounds on the fly.

Registration & Payments

Competitors register and pay online. Each category has its own price, and payment is taken securely by card at sign-up. Accepted entries are automatically turned into teams and slotted straight into the manifest — no re-keying, no manual setup.

Scoreboards & Judging

Scoring is flexible and detailed to match real competition rules:

• Judged disciplines — scored by a panel across technical, presentation and execution, including per-move breakdowns
• Speed disciplines — timed rounds with bust penalties that automatically calculate a final time (lowest wins)
• Open categories that combine with their base discipline into a single ranked scoreboard
• Public, real-time live scoreboards on their own shareable link

Knockout Brackets

When a discipline calls for a final showdown, the system auto-seeds a knockout bracket straight from the scoreboard standings — quarter-finals through to the final — and publishes it live for spectators to follow.

• Firebase — authentication and a real-time database so every screen updates instantly

• Responsive web — works on any device, from an organiser's laptop to a competitor's phone, each public view on its own tidy link
