1. Services

MattaCode Studio provides game development, VR/AR development, 3D art, and related digital services. All projects are subject to individual agreements that outline specific terms, deliverables, and pricing.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for work created during a project transfer to the client upon full payment. Portfolio rights may be retained for promotional purposes unless explicitly excluded.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments throughout the project.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

MattaCode Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
